We are a passionate team of exercise physiologists specialising in women’s health. Our aim is to bridge the gap between exercise and women’s health, and provide a service to help manage these conditions through movement.

Our team have completed specialised training to provide a service that you can be confident in, to help you return to optimal health and reach your goals. We have the skills and knowledge to guide you through all stages of life.

Reformer Pilates

Reformer Pilates focuses on core stability, postural alignment and overall strength of the body. All of our instructors are qualified in Clinical Pilates, allowing us to safely work with clients who may have conditions or injuries.

Prior to beginning Reformer Pilates, it is recommended to attend a prescreen and assessment. This will ensure that exercise is safe for you and will allow us to assess your body’s movement and address any medical or personal concerns.
