Pregnancy Reformer

Our pregnancy reformer classes are tailored towards pregnant women, aiming to maintain a good level of strength and movement to support the changing body. It particularly focuses on core, pelvic floor and deep hip stabilisers, to reduce the likelihood of pregnancy related pain, and prepare your body for labour. The class is suitable for women in all trimesters.

Strength Reformer

Our strength reformer classes have a whole body strength focus and is suitable for those who would like a challenge. Aiming to increase strength through repetitive movement and progressive overload.

 
 
 

Sweat

Our sweat classes use a combination of strength and plyometric movements, providing a greater focus on cardiovascular fitness. An express workout, with a lot of benefit.

These classes can incorporate jump boards.

 
 
 

Jump

The jump classes uses the jump board to challenge your fitness and make you work! In this class you will use a combination of strength and plyometric movements with particular focus on the jump boards.

 
 

Post-Natal Reformer

Our post-natal reformer classes are tailored towards women who have recently delivered their babies. With a focus on the core, this class aims to aid recovery and restore strength after labour. This class is available to post-natal women from 6 weeks after delivery. Baby’s are welcome to attend the studio, or we have child-minding available for a small fee.

 
 

Clinical Pilates

Our Clinical Pilates classes are for those who may be recovering from an injury or chronic pain. Each participant will be prescribed an individual program while working semi-independently with our exercise physiologist. This means that the exercises will be tailored to your needs and goals for recovery.

 
 

Fine Wines

Our fine wines class are for people who are over 60+ years. It focuses on a combination of strength, balance, flexibility and mobility to capture whole body physical well-being .


*One-on-one Reformer Pilates sessions are also available, and may be recommended depending on your individual medical history, needs and goals.

Child-Minding

Our studio is baby friendly however if you would prefer we do offer child-minding at our Dinky Dolphins Creche. Child-minding is available for baby’s from 8 weeks old and for up to 2 hours. You are welcome to leave your baby in the creche for up to 2 hours, while you take your time to grab a bite or chat with mother’s alike.

Please be sure to book 1 week in advance so that the Dinky Dolphins Creche can reserve a spot for your baby.
