A few things to note before your first class

Reformer Pilates focuses on core stability, postural alignment and overall strength of the body. All of our instructors are qualified in Clinical Pilates, allowing us to safely work with clients who may have conditions or injuries.

Prior to beginning Reformer Pilates, it is recommended you attend a prescreen and assessment, particularly if you have any injuries, are pregnant or have recently had a baby. This will ensure that exercise is safe for you and will allow us to assess your body’s movement and address any medical or personal concerns. To book in your assessment click here.

A few more things to note:

⭐ Arrive 10-minutes before your class start time to complete your exercise prescreen form, or you can fill it out online by clicking here

⭐ Bring a water bottle and towel for your Reformer

⭐ Wear grippy socks to your class (we have socks to purchase if you need)

⭐ You can work at your own pace during our classes

*We want everyone to enjoy their experience with us, so we ask that if you need to leave early from a class that you let the instructor know before the class, to minimise any disruptions during the class.
