Referrals and Rebates

  • Medicare

    Medicare rebates are available for clients with chronic and complex care needs on referral from their GP . This referral is called an EPC Plan which allows you up to 5 visits per calendar year.

    Additional rebates for patients diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes under the Type 2 Diabetes Group Services Initiative and for patients identifying as Aboriginal Torres Strait Islander are also accessible from your GP.

  • Department of Veterans Affairs

    Entitled Department of Veterans’ Affairs (DVA) clients may be referred to an AEP for clinically necessary Exercise Physiology treatment by their GP. We accept White, Gold and TPI card holders.

  • WorkCover QLD and Insurance Schemes

    Our exercise physiologists provide functional exercise for the purpose of returning an injured worker to suitable work activities; through tailored exercise prescription suitable to the worker’s injury or work demands, and/or specific work activities such as increasing movement capacity.

  • NDIS

    All exercise physiology treatment and Pilates costs will be funded by the NDIS when the NDIA plan has been approved under one or more of the following support categories:

    1. Health and Wellbeing

    2. Therapeutic Supports

    3. Improved Daily Living

    4. Core Supports.

  • Private Health Rebates

    You may be entitled to receive private health rebates, depending on your level of cover. Your extras cover should include exercise physiology services. This only applies to eligible classes.
